These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all services and products provided by Kingsman Holdings Ltd, a registered company in England & Wales (Company No. 16554765).

By accessing our services or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.


1. About Kingsman Holdings Ltd

Kingsman Holdings Ltd is a UK-based provider of business services including:

  • Print-on-demand and wholesale product solutions

  • Website creation and eCommerce support

  • Branding, design, and marketing services

  • Social media account management

  • Subscription-based access to business tools and ongoing support


2. Subscription Packages

We offer three subscription tiers: Basic, Standard, and Advanced, available on monthly or yearly billing.

Subscriptions include services such as:

  • Website management and analytics

  • Social media support

  • Content updates

  • Access to bulk order pricing

  • Dedicated support via WhatsApp and email

  • Monthly profit payouts for eCommerce clients

Important Notes:

  • Subscriptions are paid via Shopify.

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

  • Cancelling your subscription ends service access at the end of your billing period.

  • Missed payments will result in immediate service suspension until resolved.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.


3. Orders, Quotes & Payments

All products and services require full upfront payment.
We do not accept deposits or payment plans.

Bulk and custom orders follow this process:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email.

  2. We'll discuss your needs and issue a tailored quote.

  3. Once accepted, an invoice will be sent.

  4. Work begins only after payment is received.

Quote Validity:
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices may change after this period.

VAT:
All orders are subject to UK VAT at the applicable rate.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer (BACS)

  • Secure card payments


4. Refunds & Returns

All products are made to order or supplied in bulk. Therefore:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

  • If we find the issue was our fault, we may issue a replacement or partial credit.

  • Our decisions on such matters are final.


5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery costs are based on distance from our warehouse in Margate, Kent (CT9).

  • All bulk orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we handle customs, fees, and delivery.

  • Print-on-demand products ship globally via our partners.

  • Shipping times vary by destination.


6. Websites & eCommerce Management

  • We build custom websites for product or digital sales.

  • You choose your products; we manage everything else (orders, payments, fulfilment, customer service).

  • You receive monthly profit payouts from your store's sales.

  • Website edits must be requested via WhatsApp or email — clients do not have backend access.

  • Only approved products (e.g. print-on-demand, digital items) are supported on our platform.


7. Design Ownership & Licensing

  • All creative work (websites, logos, designs) remains the intellectual property of Kingsman Holdings Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients are granted limited usage rights to operate their business with the designs while subscribed or upon completion of a one-time project.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.


8. Client Files & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and will not sell or misuse your business data or branded assets.

  • We may reuse non-branded design elements (e.g. layouts, generic visuals) internally.

  • All accounts we create (e.g. for social media) are branded with your business details.


9. Support & Communication

  • Subscribers receive priority support via WhatsApp and email.

  • Non-subscribers may contact us by phone or email only.

  • Our business hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time).

  • All phone calls are recorded for training and quality assurance.


10. Limitation of Liability

Kingsman Holdings Ltd is not liable for:

  • Losses due to client delays or miscommunication

  • Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages

  • Business interruptions, lost profits, or missed opportunities

You agree to use our services at your own discretion and risk.


11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If material changes occur, we will provide at least 2 months’ notice.
