This Shipping Policy explains how Kingsman Holdings Ltd handles the processing, delivery, and fulfilment of all products and services.


1. Shipping Locations

We ship nationwide across the UK and worldwide via our network of fulfilment and logistics partners. Print-on-demand and bulk orders can be delivered to most countries.


2. Fulfilment Time

Print-on-Demand Products:

  • Production typically takes 3–7 business days after payment.

Bulk Orders & Custom Projects:

  • Fulfilment timelines are discussed and agreed upon during the quoting stage.

  • Orders are only processed once full payment is received.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been fulfilled:

  • UK Deliveries: 2–5 business days

  • International Deliveries: 5–14 business days (depending on location)

Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays.


4. Delivery Costs

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between our Margate warehouse (CT9) and the delivery address.

  • For bulk shipments, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is standard — we cover customs, import fees, and door-to-door delivery.


5. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Shipping

All bulk orders are shipped DDP, meaning we handle:

  • Customs clearance

  • Import taxes or duties

  • Final delivery to your specified address

You won’t need to pay any hidden fees upon receipt.


6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive an email or message confirmation once your order has been shipped.

  • Tracking details (where available) will be provided for traceable shipments.


7. Shipping Partners

We use a range of trusted couriers and third-party providers depending on product type, destination, and delivery speed. These may include:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD

  • Evri

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • Print-on-demand fulfilment networks


8. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will review the case at our discretion and determine if a replacement or resolution is appropriate.

We do not guarantee refunds or replacements unless an error was caused by us or our partners.


9. Changes to Shipping Details

  • Once an order is in production, changes to the delivery address cannot be guaranteed.

  • Always double-check your address before confirming your order.
