1. Purchase Options

We offer the following purchase methods:

a. Subscription Packages

  • Available in Basic, Standard, and Advanced tiers

  • Billed monthly or annually via Shopify checkout

  • Includes access to services such as website support, bulk order pricing, analytics, content updates, and more

b. Custom & Bulk Orders

  • All custom and wholesale products are quoted based on your specific needs

  • Orders are only processed once full upfront payment is received

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date

  • No set product prices are listed publicly — each order is tailored

2. Cancellations

a. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via Shopify or by contacting us

  • If cancelled, your access to services continues until the end of your current billing cycle

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if cancelled early

  • If a payment is missed, all services will be suspended immediately until payment is resolved

b. Custom & Bulk Order Cancellations

  • Once payment is received and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded

  • If you wish to cancel before production starts, contact us immediately — cancellations are only approved at our discretion and may be subject to admin fees

  • We are not liable for costs incurred due to delayed or cancelled payments on your side

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Subscription services are non-refundable

  • Custom/bulk orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once payment is confirmed

  • In rare cases of proven fault or error on our part, we may offer a replacement or partial credit at our discretion
