At Kingsman Holdings Ltd, every product is made to order or provided through custom or bulk fulfilment. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and disputes are handled.


1. Made-to-Order & Bulk Orders

All goods sold by Kingsman Holdings Ltd are either:

  • Custom-made to your specifications, or

  • Supplied in bulk quantities

As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances.


2. Exceptions for Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue and a written explanation

We will review the situation at our sole discretion and may offer one of the following outcomes:

  • A replacement item (where applicable)

  • A partial credit toward a future order

  • No action, if the issue falls outside of our responsibility

We do not guarantee any specific resolution. All decisions are final.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • A proven error was made by Kingsman Holdings Ltd or our fulfilment partners

  • The issue cannot be reasonably resolved by replacement or credit

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer error (e.g., wrong address, incorrect order details)

  • General dissatisfaction with a product that was correctly produced

  • Late deliveries caused by shipping carriers or customs delays

  • Subscriptions, digital services, or website packages (all sales are final)


4. Custom Designs & Digital Services

All digital services, websites, and design work are non-refundable once production has begun or delivery has occurred. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Custom creative work is time-based and service-led

  • Usage rights are granted upon completion, but refunds are not offered


5. Subscriptions & Service Access

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if cancelled mid-term

  • If cancelled, you retain access until the end of the billing cycle

  • Missed payments will result in suspension until payment is made


6. How to Submit a Complaint

To initiate a return review, contact us within 48 hours:

7. Final Decision

Kingsman Holdings Ltd reserves the right to make final decisions on all return or refund cases. By using our services or placing an order, you agree to this policy in full.
